Roasted Red Pepper Hummus



No Super Bowl would be complete without scrumptious Hummus. Whenever I can sneak food in that has nutritional value, you better believe that Mrs. FF will do it in a heart beat! I'm not scared. Even considering this particular dish, has unlimited Health Benefits; It is a good fiber source, Garbanzo beans can help lower cholesterol and improve blood sugar levels, and most importantly, Garbanzos also offer a good supply of magnesium and folic acid (I know our little farm girl/boy will appreciate that one day)(or in reality could regress, and become a complete sweetaholic).
